Internet sales - Job Description: 
The Internet Sales is responsible for further developing, directing and implementing the dealerships internet sales strategy. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to consult with Management to implement his/her strategy. 


Job Responsibilities include: 
  • Oversees internet sales leads, set appointments, and manage day-to-day business of the Internet Sales Department. 
  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail or in person. 
  • Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products, services, features, accessories, etc, and their benefits to customers 
  • Assists customer in selecting a vehicle directing customer to product information resources, including those available on the Internet. 
  • Assists to update the website frequently to attract new and repeat visitors. 
  • Maintains ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. 
  • Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager and attends sales meetings 
Job Requirements: 
  • Must have good phone communication skills 
  • Must be highly proficient in computer and internet skills. 
  • Must be organized and motivated to build up the Internet Department 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Professional Appearance.

Lonnie Cobb Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provided extensive customer service to all clients. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Educate and sell compnay products and services to new and existing customers 
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline 
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions 
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints 
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base 
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Deadline and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
